1. Shipping Options & Costs

We ship our handcrafted ceramics worldwide from our studio in Lisboa, Portugal. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination address.

• Domestic (Portugal): 2-4 business days
• Europe: 5-8 business days
• International: 10-15 business days

2. Processing Time

All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow 3-4 weeks for production before your item ships. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Packaging

We are committed to sustainability. Our ceramics are carefully packaged using eco-friendly, recyclable, and biodegradable materials to ensure they arrive safely while minimizing our environmental footprint.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages in Transit

In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will work with you promptly to arrange a replacement or refund.
